A party experience like no other
Oak Ridge Party Balloons was started by a mom looking for a way to spend her time creatively and be productive once her oldest went to school. Used to working a 9 to 5 until her youngest was born, Julia needed an outlet for her ideas and Oak Ridge Party Balloons was born! After seeing balloon garlands at parties, she couldn't stop thinking about them and all the possibilities. Now she gets to make those dreams a reality and make your next event *pop*!
